4. User Responsibilities

When using PlantIdentifier, you agree to:

• Use the app for personal, educational purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Report any technical issues or concerns
• Keep your device and app updated

Don'ts – You Must NOT:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

• Share your account or subscription with others
• Use the app for any illegal purposes

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly Premium: 1-month recurring subscription
• Yearly Premium: 12-month recurring subscription

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device and select PlantIdentifier.

6. Data and Privacy

• All your plant photos, identification history, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
• We do not collect or share your personal data.
• Subscription status is managed securely through Apple.
