2. Service Description

The App provides AI-powered photo editing features, including background removal and premium styles.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App in your region. Use of the App constitutes acceptance of these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Auto-Renewal: Paid plans auto-renew until canceled in Apple ID settings.
• Trials/Promotions: If offered, they convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Pricing/Changes: Prices may change; Apple notifies you per App Store policy.
• Refunds: Managed by Apple. We cannot grant or manage refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights (e.g., IP rights).
• Upload, create, or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the App.

6. Ownership and Licenses

• You retain rights to your images.
• You grant a limited license for us to process content solely to provide requested features.
• We retain rights to the App, UI, and underlying technology.

7. Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it for data handling details.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription period during which the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
