Common Issues & Solutions

Camera Not Working

Problem: The app doesn't show the camera view or can't scan QR codes.

Solutions:

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera
  2. Find QR Code Scanner in the list
  3. Make sure the toggle is ON
  4. Restart the app

Scan History Not Saving

Problem: Scanned QR codes are not appearing in history.

Solutions:

  1. Ensure you have sufficient storage on your device
  2. Try force-closing and reopening the app
  3. Check if you're using the latest version of the app

Subscription Issues

Problem: Premium features not unlocking after purchase.

Solutions:

App Crashing

QR Code Not Scanning

Subscription Management

How to Cancel Subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find QR Code Scanner
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Note: You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.


How to Restore Purchases

  1. Open QR Code Scanner app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Restore Purchases
  4. Wait for confirmation
