Where are my collages stored?

All your collages are stored locally on your device. They are saved in the app's storage and can be accessed through "My Projects" in the app. Your collages are never uploaded to our servers.

How do I access premium templates?

Premium templates are available through subscription. You can subscribe via:

• Weekly subscription
• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)

Access the paywall by tapping "Upgrade" in your profile or when selecting a premium template.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! CollageMix works offline. You can:

• Browse templates
• Create collages from photos already on your device
• Edit and customize collages
• View your saved projects

Note: Taking new photos requires camera access, and sharing requires internet connection.

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find "CollageMix" and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests must be made through Apple's refund process:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Sign in with your Apple ID
3. Find your CollageMix purchase
4. Request a refund

We do not process refunds directly. Apple handles all refund requests.

The app crashed or isn't working properly

Try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Force close and reopen the app
2. Restart your device
3. Update to the latest app version from the App Store
4. Ensure you have enough storage space
5. Check that your iOS version is up to date

How many photos can I use in a collage?

The number of photos depends on the template you choose:

• Simple templates: 2-4 photos

Premium templates offer more photo slots and creative layouts.

Can I edit photos before adding them to a collage?

Currently, CollageMix focuses on collage creation and layout. For advanced photo editing, we recommend editing photos in your Photos app before creating collages.

How do I share my collages?

1. After creating your collage, tap the share/export button
2. Choose your preferred sharing method:
   • Save to Photos
   • Share via Messages
   • Share via Email
   • Share to Social Media
   • Copy to clipboard

Is my data private?

Yes! Your privacy is our priority:

• All photos and collages are stored locally on your device
• We do not upload your content to our servers
• We do not share your data with third parties
• Subscription data is managed securely through Apple
