CollageMix is a mobile application that allows users to create beautiful collages from their photos using templates, layouts, and editing tools.

2.2 Features

• Photo Selection: Choose photos from your device's photo library
• Camera Integration: Take new photos directly within the app
• Templates: Access 80+ pre-designed collage templates
• Customization: Adjust layouts, add filters, and personalize collages
• Export & Share: Save and share your creations
• Premium Features: Advanced templates and features available through subscription

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3.2 Account Requirements

• No account creation is required for basic use
• Subscription features require Apple ID and App Store account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

CollageMix offers the following subscription options:

• Weekly Subscription: 7-day recurring subscription
• Monthly Subscription: 1-month recurring subscription
• Yearly Subscription: 12-month recurring subscription
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time purchase for lifetime access

4.2 Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices may vary by region and are set by Apple
• You will be charged before each renewal period

4.3 Cancellation

• Cancel subscriptions anytime through Apple ID settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

4.4 Refunds

• Refund requests must be made through Apple's refund process
• We do not process refunds directly
• Apple's refund policy applies to all purchases

4.5 Premium Features

Premium subscriptions unlock:

• Access to all premium templates
• Advanced editing features
• Ad-free experience
• Priority support

5. User Obligations

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App to create or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Share your subscription with others

5.2 Content Responsibility

• You are responsible for all content you create using the App
• Ensure you have rights to use any photos you include in collages
• Do not create content that violates third-party rights
• Respect privacy rights of individuals in your photos

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not use the App to create or share:

• Illegal content
• Content that violates others' rights
• Offensive, abusive, or harmful content
• Content that promotes violence or hate
• Spam or unsolicited content

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to photos and collages you create
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide App functionality

• We are not responsible for the content of user-created collages
• Users must verify appropriateness of their creations

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription
• We are not responsible for data loss or device damage

9. Termination

9.1 User Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time
• Uninstall the App to remove all local data
• Cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store

9.2 Our Termination Rights

We may terminate or suspend access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful use
• Technical or security reasons
• Non-payment of subscription fees

10. Third-Party Services

• Downloads and purchases are subject to Apple's terms

10.2 Device Features

• Device manufacturers are not responsible for App functionality
