We do not collect, store, or transmit personal data to our servers. No accounts, analytics, or tracking.

Device Permissions

• Camera: To capture photos.
• Photos Library (add-only): To save edited photos to your device’s library.
• Haptics: For tactile feedback only; no data collection.

Payments

We use Apple’s in‑app purchases and subscriptions. Apple may process limited data per Apple’s policies.

Children

Not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child used the app, contact us.

Third Parties

• Apple App Store/StoreKit for purchases and receipts.
• Apple frameworks: AVFoundation, Photos, CoreImage, CoreHaptics.
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Data Storage and Transfers

Edits occur locally on-device. Photos you save are stored in your device’s Photos library. No international transfers because we don’t host your data.

Your Rights

Because we do not maintain user records, requests to access, delete, or correct data generally do not apply. Manage app permissions in iOS Settings.

• EEA/UK (GDPR): Rights may apply; since we do not process personal data on our servers, these typically do not apply.
• California (CCPA): We do not sell or share personal information.

Security

On-device processing; no server-side storage by us. Use device security features for protection of your Photos.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted in the app or on our website.
