The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the App at any time. Subscription cancellation does not affect existing rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
Your local mandatory consumer laws apply. Otherwise, governing law is the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
