Agreement
By using Vintage Camera, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on iOS devices you own or control.
User Content
- You retain ownership of photos you create. You are responsible for content legality and rights.
- We do not host or access your photos; edits occur locally.
Subscriptions and Billing
- Auto-renewing subscription: Weekly plan at $4.99 after a 7‑day free trial, as displayed in the app.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.
Availability and Changes
Features may change or be discontinued without notice. We may modify pricing for future periods with prior notice via the App Store listing or in-app.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt services, or infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
The app, branding, filters, and code are our IP. No rights are granted except as stated in the License.
Disclaimers
Provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription; cancel via Apple ID settings.
Governing Law
Your local mandatory consumer laws apply. Otherwise, governing law is the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
