2. Acceptance of Terms

3. How to Use Habitlux

Getting Started:

• Download and Install: Get HabitLUX from the Apple App Store
• Create Habits: Add custom habits or choose from templates
• Track Progress: View your daily, weekly, and monthly analytics
• Set Reminders: Enable notifications to stay on track

Free vs Premium Features:

• Free Version: Basic habit tracking and analytics
• Premium Subscription: Advanced analytics, exclusive templates, and more

4. User Responsibilities

When using HabitLUX, you agree to:

• Use appropriate and respectful language in your habit names and notes
• Create content for personal use
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Report any technical issues or concerns
• Keep your device and app updated

Don’ts – You Must NOT:

• Create inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or damage the app
• Share your account or subscription with others
• Use the app for any illegal purposes

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans:

• Weekly Premium: 7-day recurring subscription
• Yearly Premium: 12-month recurring subscription

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device and select HabitLUX.

6. Data and Privacy

• All your habits, preferences, and analytics are stored locally on your device.
• We do not collect or share your personal data.
• Subscription status is managed securely through Apple.

7. App Availability and Updates

• HabitLUX may require updates to add features or fix issues.

• We are not responsible for how you use the app or your data.

9. Prohibited Content

• You cannot use HabitLUX to create or share:
• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Content that violates others' rights

• Spam or misleading information
• Content that could harm minors

We reserve the right to refuse service for violations of these terms.

10. Termination

You Can:

• Stop using the app anytime
• Delete the app from your device
• Cancel your subscription through Apple

• Discontinue the service with notice
